Through 5 Deep Vital Signs  we have developed a range of on-line assessments. We have worked closely with Dr. Don Beck to convert some of his paper Spiral Dynamics Integral assessments since 1997. 5 Deep Vital Signs have developed an extensive range to to a true integral approach..

These assessments include:

  • CultureView CS2 – covers values, change states, personal priorities, job and culture fit, left right brain and Entrepreneurial, Transformational and Translational management styles. Goes to the 8th system. Developed with Christopher Cooke and Dr John Cook.
  • CultureView CS3 – covers values, change states, personal priorities, job and culture fit, left right brain and Entrepreneurial, Transformational and Translational management styles. Now includes an assessment of Introvert and Extrovert. Goes to the 8th system. Developed with Christopher Cooke and Dr John Cook.
  • NEW – CultureView CS4 – covers values, change states, personal priorities, job and culture fit, left right brain and Entrepreneurial, Transformational and Translational management styles. . Goes to the 8th system. and shows the acceptance and rejection of the systems. Developed with Christopher Cooke and Dr John Cook
  • CultureView CS5 – covers values, change states, personal priorities, job and culture fit, left right brain and Entrepreneurial, Transformational and Translational management styles.   • CommunityView CS3 – similar to CultureView CS3 but set in a community context.
  • NEW – MindsetView 2 – a short assessment for values and change states not includes what you like and what you reject. Developed with Christopher Cooke and Dr John Cook
  • ChangeView – a detailed assessment of change preferences – how comfortable you are with you current life conditions and how you like change to evolve. It is normal to use this assessment with CopingView A and CopingView to indicate if there will be a shift in values systems.
  • NEW – LeaderView & LeaderView Feedback – Includes hidden coping mechanisms, change preferences – 25 attributes of leadership by sentence completion based on NLP principles. It lets your manager or team leader find out their attitudes and allows for a type of 360 degree feedback from colleagues and staff – in a safe and unbiased way. A powerful tool for assisting understanding, communications and change. Developed by Christopher Cooke.
  • NEW 2016 – OrganizationView OV1 – A brand new assessment for those wanting to make the journey to ‘TEAL’ types organisations. This assessment looks at present and desired  states from 4 perspectives.
