Appendix A:     Expense Policy

• At cost plus 5% administration for all public transport travel, subsistence and hotel expenses. Receipts can be provided upon request. All public transport travel will be taken at the same class of travel as is permitted under the clients own travel policy for its own employees.
• Car use at 70c per kilometre.

Appendix B:     Standard Terms and Conditions

• All prices shown exclude GST which will be charged at the standard rate
• All prices shown exclude reasonable business expenses which will be charged as per the 5 Deep Limited Expense Policy (see Appendix A)
• Estimates are based on 8-hour days with one hour for lunch.  Once the scope and plan for the work is agreed, the price for the agreed deliverables may be fixed regardless of how much time is actually taken to complete the work.
• Consultancy time includes all travel time conducted on the customer’s behalf.
• Terms of payment are 15 days from date of invoice.  Invoicing will be two weekly, in arrears.
• Proposals are valid for 30 days from date of issue.
• If the project is cancelled for whatever reason once the order has been placed then the following cancellation charges will be due:- 100% of the fees for all days completed or scheduled by 5 Deep Limited within the 10 working days of the cancellation
  50% of the fees for all other days scheduled within 20 working days of the cancellation.
• 5 Deep Limited reserves the right to charge for any meeting days that have been confirmed and are rescheduled by the client less than 48 hours before the meeting.
• All other conditions as laid out by the Institute of Business Consultants - a copy of which can be supplied on request.

Appendix C:    Standard Rates

• Rates vary dependent on the project, please ask for a quotation. Rates exclude GST. (see appendix B)
• Special and Long-term projects the rate will be negotiated.
• Special rates are available for non-profit organisations.
