Title: On-line PeopleSCAN – Culture and Change Surveys

PeopleSCAN is system of evaluation and assessment to help individuals and organisations understand themselves and help in change. “The changes that you want to make if you choose to make them”. The basis of the on-line assessments is the underlying codes of human nature and development. Their design is from a top-level perspective, and encapsulates the principles and wisdom from the body of work known as Spiral Dynamics Integral (SDi).

SDi’s foundation is from the pioneering research of Dr. Clare W. Graves, a Professor of Psychology. The on-line assessments produce ‘Personal Profiles’ which provide insights and information about the natural workings of the brain, personal perceptions and individual existential states. These ‘life’ states, influenced by external life conditions and our internal capacities to cope with these life conditions allow for self-understanding.

These assessments provide insights into those ‘hidden’ cultural value systems that allow an individual or an organisation to thrive in their environment; and the types and phases of change that are continuous and suitable for your survival and development.

PeopleSCAN services can be used in pleasingly simple ways — encompassing general themes or specific issues. The services provide clear and concise data, with the ability to provide more complex information dependent on the needs of its users.

On-line PeopleSCAN is a web-based service, with a supporting PC-based management and analysis software known as PeopleSCAN Express. Our service is available in different economic models, including several languages. For low volume, individual users, the design of our Personal Account will meet your needs. Our Corporate Accounts offer choices for the larger volume users.

The web based profiles can provide immediate results to the individual completing the profile or the results reviewed by a qualified SDi practitioner. Automatic confirmation prevents the participant from sending an incomplete assessment.

Storage of data is in the account user’s secure on-line database. Data access is through a Personal ‘Control Panel’ for simple analysis, or using the accompanying, and more detailed, PeopleSCAN Express Software.
