HU - This is the weakest pulse and is growing stronger but still not understood. This part of the integral pulse is a re-emergence of the Tribal Way and is often an aspirational way of wishing to live.
The eighth pulse is in its infancy and 0.1% of the global population are using their available capacity to think about complexity of planetary and global problems. Examples of this pulse include, being ethical, respecting the welfare of all people, harmonizing social systems, seeing the earth as one ecosystem and a spiritual whole. The values and beliefs (memes) that are attracted to this basic assumption are a holographic functioning organism that uses external and internal scanning of the environment to make decisions. Change is a natural part of the organisation’s ‘DNA’, but with flexibility and ethical approaches. To develop this integral pulse will need a global shift of such a size as not to be in the consciousness of most of the global population. The threat from global warming might be a potential example.
This is not the end of the development of the integral pulse and new pulses will emerge as the human race continues to develop. That assumes that it will be allowed the time to develop. Each beat of the integral pulse has to be healthy and strong to allow the emergence of the new.
